A213 Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe
A213 is a ferrite and austenitic alloy seamless steel pipe for boilers, superheaters and heat exchangers. Its products should comply with TSG D7002 pressure piping component type test rules.
A36 is a low-carbon steel containing manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon and copper. A36 has good weldability and high yield strength. A36 carbon steel bar is commonly used as a variety of structural steel parts.
SPCC is commonly used cold rolled carbon steel sheet and steel strip.Cold coil is made of hot rolled coil at room temperature and below the recrystallization temperature, including plate and coil, of which the sheet delivered is called steel plate, also known as box plate or plate; the long length and delivered in coil is called steel strip, also known as coil plate.
Hot Rolled Steel A36 (ASTM A36) is the most commonly available grades of the hot-rolled steels which has good overall mechanical properties, is easily fabricated and may be formed hot or cold. Due to the hot roll process the surface on this steel will be rough when compared to cold rolled. ASTM A36 yield strength is also less than C1018.
Steel coils are classified according to their professional uses, including oil drum plates, bulletproof plates, shipbuilding plates, automobile plates, construction plates, machining plates, etc.
316 stainless steel has extra 2-3% molybdenum, in addition to iron, chromium and nickel. Molybdenum significantly leads to better performance of 316 stainless steel in certain corrosive environments containing chlorides. So it is a very common choice in situations requiring higher corrosion resistance.
304 stainless steel, as one of the most commonly used types of stainless steel, is an outstanding material when it comes to corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties. In addition, it has exceptional hot-workability so it leaves no heat treatment hardening phenomenon.
Stainless steel flat bar is a common use case for polished stainless steel, typically 304 stainless steel. Flat bars are used for various structural supports and functional elements, including braces, trim, frames, and more.
Stainless Steel Hex Bar is used in applications that require additional strength. The additional strength comes from the geometry of the hex bars. Stainless steels are in different types such as ferritic, austenitic, martensitic and duplex.
